unless it's in combination w/ a team... see Athens..... it's highly unlikely Richmond will be a target for any league.... it's a lot like Baltimore's struggles once First Mariner was deemed obsolete....only other thing would be to try to do what the Islanders eventually did w/ UBS Arena @ Belmont Park... but would Richmond Raceway be open to that...

The Fed League Flash guy was out in front on another Fed expansion announcement early this week.

ETA: He has also expounded lately on a future expansion move to Beaumont, TX and a return to Danville. The proof is in the eye of the beholder.
