Prospect Info: 2024-25 Ducks Prospects

It is also possible that Moore wants what he got in order to test Anaheim before signing.

Can you extrapolate some possibilities why Moore would sign an ATO only to potentially become a UFA if he doesn't like the Ducks organization and lose a year off of his ELC?

I don't believe Moore is "testing" Anaheim? Verbeek dictated what Moore will be doing at the Migration event.

With Trouba being injured recently, there was a possibility a RD could have been called up over Kylington to see what the Ducks have in that prospect at the NHL level. For the past two games, Kylington has played 8:44 against Calgary and 7:49 against Edmonton. We could have had a longer look at Moore at the NHL level instead of pushing out Kylington. Unfortunately, Moore isn't eligible to be called up because he only has an ATO contract with the Gulls.

Because he can't sign with anyone else, so he is also showcasing himself to other teams.\

There are reasons for Moore to do it, the only reason for PV to do it is either some nickle and dime shit or wanting him to earn it. Both of which are wild.

Reactions: Ducks DVM and MCB

His third assist.

I've liked what I've seen from this Griffin kid (draft eligible). Not more than a late round flier type due to lack of physical gifts but the puck seems to follow him (indicator of IQ) and he's always in the greasy areas. Guys like that can grind there way through adversity and become something if they suddenly put some weight on.

19 points in last 6 games. Production trajectory similar to Sennecke last year, I'm pretty sure he will rise up the boards a bit.

It’s going to be tough to watch Demidov succeed while we wait least another year for Sennecke to be ready.

I don't comprehend the necessity for instant gratification. It is like the Verbeek virus of forcing things to happen far sooner is reaching out to many, such as making our 18 and 19-year old have 23-25 year old bodies in a year.

Sennecke was a long play. Here's AGM Madden talking about Sennecke after the draft:

Sennecke already proved that his second half scoring production last year and in the playoffs wasn't a fluke. That is huge! And he lead the team in scoring (86 pts) and goal scoring (36 goals) for this season in only 56 games, seven fewer games than his D+0 season (2023-24). If only he wasn't injured to start this season, then his season might have higher production.

And Sennecke grew another inch this past season! In his time with Oshawa, Beckett has grown from 5'10 to 6'4 in three seasons. Because Sennecke keeps on growing, his muscles are still being stretched out and not enough time filling in. I am ecstatic with what I see, but Sennecke is going to take a bit longer to develop physically. In a bigger frame, Beckett has retained his game as a shorter player, which is very unique. Notice no one is saying that Sennecke was a reach in the media this season.

Same shit with Leo. Could take Beckett a couple of years to grow that muscle.
