I like the drafting direction from Anaheim going for the big skillful players but have questionable skating. If we can get one of Burnevik and Masse to improve their skating, we have a potential top 6 power foward on our hands with a middle to late pick.
Like others here, I am a big fan of Burnevik's game, he really has offensive tools that can't be taught. Just have to hope the skating can at least become average.
And like @Static said, even if he becomes AHL depth that's still good for the organisation. We desperately need more good talent on the Gulls.
I think of Jason Robertson who is among the very worst skaters in the league, but he's a big body who just flat out knows how to score. It can be done, but just puts that much pressure on the scoring. Robertson had a slow start this year (pun intended) and some folks were talking about him like he was fried already
