Finally got an update on Solberg, the coach showed up to answer questions.

What's going on, why isn't he playing?
Coach: He's done a lot of good things for us, but he's only 18. Last year he played a full season in Norway, including playoffs. Then World Championships, and he's played most games for us this season. We're worried about pushing him too hard, there's been a lot going on for him with the NHL draft, new system, new league, new country. Sometimes a young player needs to take a deep breath, think about what he's doing well and what he can do better.

Is it a possibility to play him in junior 20?
Coach: No we haven't talked about that, it hasn't really been relevant. He's staying here with us, full practice and everything. We like Stian, he's doing a lot of good things. There's also a competition between players, but he's very close and we could've played him if we wanted to. He just has to keep showing his positive attitude, and he'll be in the lineup soon. He's young, he's going to be better, and he has a great future ahead of him.

So all good :thumbu:

With the recent additions/developments of LD's in Dionicio, Solberg, and Smith to our system, Anaheim is building potential high value draft capital with all the LD's in our system that already has LD's Mintyukov, Zell, LaCombe, and Hinds. We can finally grab some established NHL talent under the age of 28 soon!

Edit: Tarin Smith is the LD I'm addressing. Forgot we also have LD Konnor Smith and his offense has perked up this season too. Unfortunately, Konnor is injured.
