Arsenal gets PSG at home and Inter away. I hate going to Portugal in the away match, though.

Real Madrid with a tough draw.

Then and there
Rangers start the draw with tough fixtures, two teams from England and two from France.

Frankfurt with an easy draw, at least hom matches, which should be enough to progress.

Man Utd get a rather favourable draw as well, not too bad for Spurs either.

Ajax will have two home matches against Turkish teams, most away matches against easier opponents.

Weirdly enough, many teams will face two Turkish opponents, instead of them being spread out more evenly.

Twente with a very hard draw.

Given Ange's success at Celtic, that game at Rangers should be fun.

Bit odd, that both Frankfurt & Hoffenheim will travel to Midtjylland, and both will face Lyon too.

I think that also in the Europa/Conf.League it could be argued that some lower pot clubs got easier draws higher pot clubs.

I think with the computer draw, pots are not really needed any more, the AI could monitor a club's fixtures total co-officient as the draw progresses. So if a club gets a tough opponent early in the draw, then the next opponent should be easier.

Of course this means more pre-draw conditions for the computer, and takes away some excitement from the draw. Not the there is much excitement left in the draw anyway, with a split second draw results.

Not that the co-effients are perfect to base the draw on, but I'd bet that the draw procedure will be tweaked in the coming seasons.

Remember, UEFA changed up the CL format to incorporate a "Super League" sort of style. Even though PSG were not a founding member of the Super League, 101% they would have joined. They are getting, what they wanted.
PSG was vocal against it.

Again, just because they were against it doesn't mean they would not have joined. There was too much money in the league, they would have joined no doubt about that. So would have Bayern as well.
You have no idea about it and it has no link with the terrible draw.

Biggest match in the first matchday is Milan - Liverpool (Tuesday) Matches spread out on 3 days from Tuesday to Thursday, other big matchups are Man City vs Inter on Wednesday and Monaco vs Barcelona on Thursday.

Other matchdays fixtures are squeezed into traditional two days, and with only two early kick-off times, won't be able to watch most of the matches in the evening slots.

Not to mention the last matchday, where all 18 matches start at the same time. Has there ever been a competition with this many matches at the same time? In international tournaments it's way less group matches at the same time and even the national leagues don't have this many matches.

This last matchday is going to be a mess, imo.

Because of so many Turkish teams, some very early kick-off times for them, sometimes even on days where theirs is the only fixture.

Man Utd really need to win their 1st match at home against Twente, as they have two tough away fixtures after that.

It gets easier for them towards the end, so they could surge up the league table then.

Good for Chelsea that they have the last match at home against an easier opponent (Shamrock), just in case they need a result from that match to progress into the next phase.
