James Hagen's, arguably the top pick in this year's draft. Age 18 years and 3 months. Michael Hage age 18 years 10 months.

Both playing their first year of university hockey.

Hage 25-12-16-28.
Hagens. 25- 7-22-29.
...and one of these guys was not even invited to try out for his National Team.
Talk about a messed up program. :banghead:

Updated:

Hage 26-12-18-30.
Hagens. 26- 7-22-29.

Again, this is not to say that Hage is better than Hagens, but moe to show how great Hage has been so far in his rookie season.

Hage's point per game average is 17th in the whole NCAA at 1.15 points per game.

I think if Demidov wasn't in the system the hype around this guy would be huge.

Yess, for sure.

I think having Demidov, it's the best thing for Hage to don't have pressure.

He have better season in NCAA than players drafted ahead of him, Eiserman, Boisvert, Connelly etc...

I'm pretty confident, in few years, in a re-draft, he should easily go top 10-12. Maybe more if he reach his full potential.

Hagens also play with Leonard and Perreault. Hage is pretty much alone in his team.

With out Demidov, it could have been a failed rebuild. We would have come out of the rebuild with out a game breaking talent.
