I'm not sure how some of his moves will work against NHL defensemen. He is so fast and smooth perhaps they won't catch him? Great pick.

I wouldn’t fret too much. Hage’s linemates are hardly stellar. This kid will be a star at the next level.

I think the Habs really got a steal in Hage, for a guy ranked between 15-25 he is incredibly skilled. You really notice him everytime he is on the ice and he has a way better hockey IQ than I thought. Wouldn't be surprised if he ended up top 10 in a redraft in 4-5 years

He may already be there now.

HuGo have to consider the hire of Montgomery and they better be monitoring his situation so as soon as they hear that some teams are eyeing him, they come up with a good offer. It's the best opportunity to get a bilingual coach with experience and recent results.

Marty is way too soft on his players and some of them certainly dont play like they have a fire under their ass.

Looking back at the forwards picked before him, except Celebrini and Demidov, I’m not sure it’s that clear that anybody else is vastly superior…

Like i said, if he is Mogilny (with the good and bad) id be ecstatic.. people said the same about Kovalev - Enigmas are real.. you have to appreciate the Artistry to appreciate the player.
