I didn't dislike Eiseman as some did here...but...Eiserman right now is still mostly a PP product. WITH a MUCH MUCH better cast alongside him.

Eiserman continues to produce. People keep screaming about us not getting Michkov, I’m going to be watching Eiserman.
No problem with us drafting Hage though. He’s a center and we needed one. And I love the backstory. Once we got Demidov, Eiserman made less sense for us needs wise.
I’m just saying I wouldn’t go declarating that Hage will be better than Eiserman. We’ll see about that.

No. We had the option of both with RB and Michkov. We chose RB.
Eiserman was gone one pick before Hage. So unless we traded up, we couldn’t get him - unless we used the Demidov pick on him.
Whitesnake brought him up.
And yeah I misread - it was four goals and five points - not five assists. My bad.
Don’t even joke about this.
The way Dach’s playing Hage may be our second line center by next month.

Let’s move on. I was just responding to a post Whitesnake made. I didn’t intend for it to hijack the thread.
Hage was our pick and almost universally liked. Eiserman was gone by the time we took him anyway. Case closed.
So, with the latest rule change in NCAA, Hage could join the training camp next year, right ?

I haven't heard that, the rule change is that the NCAA will now no longer look at CHL players at pros.
So Hage could attend training camp as that was never not allowed, he just can't get any money to do so. Meaning the Habs can't pay for his plane ticket or a hotel or give him anything really. The problem is school, classes are weeks in by the time training camp starts, plus their own team is getting ready for start of season in a week or two from camp.
