Oh, almost certainly not as good as Nichushkin, lol. The main part of my original response was the hookers and blow. Ah well....

Lol, I got the point you made before you needed to spell it out.

The guy doesn't need to be as good as Nuke though.

Where I'd really consider pushing the chips in is if Necas actually worked at center. Another winger like that at a reasonable cap it would be needed.

Just to f*** with the league I hope CMac finds a way to acquire Seth Jones and Matt Barzal like minutes before USA/Canada puck drop. Just take a giant shit on Gary Bettman.
I somehow forgot about barzal's contract, how do we afford that and Seth Jones?

Just get Cozens+Jones @7, all the 7m aav guys

I have a feeling all they'd hear trying to call that in was a busy signal since they shut off the lights and left the phone off the hook.

You do the meth, we do the math.

They gave an undrafted 26 year old winger, with a career high 33 points, with 2 points in 4 games this year, and was on a 25 point pace last year, a 12 team NTC? A guy with a $2.5M bridge deal gets a 12 team NTC?

Good luck negotiating with everyone else on the team now who will want a NTC. Vancouver is about to make the same mistake Toronto did, handing these out like candy.

2.5 million is going to be the new 1.5 million in the new cap world. It is going to take some adjustment, but tweener 3rd/4th line wingers are going to be getting 2.5-3 million on the regular over the next few years and moving forward.

Remind me what Woods’ contract is? So would that make his horrible contract okay after all?
