Moving Manson out would be enough on its own to make the roster cap compliant by $220k. But it would be a 21 man roster, as shown below.

Moving Wood would be the logical move to enable a 22 or 23 man roster.

Alternatively you could move Colton and Wood instead of Manson and also be cap compliant.

Barzel isnt a good enough shooter imo to be a good fit. Kadri worked out well cause he was a faceoff beast, gritty and can score 30 goals. Mitts is just not multidimensional enough offensively but id still like to see him play consistently with Nuke and rants or Necas

He's put up 20+ goals twice and has paced 20+ three other times.

He'd be fine from a goal scoring perspective.

There’s some CBJ speculation about Mitts being a good add for them. So entirely possible that he would be going the other way in a Provorov deal.

Although I’m not sure how much CBJ wants to re-arrange considering they’re in the playoff hunt. Provorov is an important guy for them.

CBJ is knee deep in the playoff race, if they make a trade it's going to be a hockey trade that can help them now.

I agree. Just don’t see how CMac would be there.
Definitely a hockey trade. But we know what we need. How does CBJ give us what we need without hurting themselves and vice versa.

Maybe provorov-Mitts makes sense for them since Mitts is under contract and it’s less headache for them trying to get bodies to commit to sign there.
