i didnt realize that not only did they cut EJE, they replaced him with 2 2nd rounders from his same draft year. That's a goddam terrible look

Emery not making it isn't even really a snub. If he made it, it was going to be as a purely shutdown bottom pair defender. He was really good in the U18 event last year and by all accounts was good in the WJSS over the summer, so it's something of a surprise, but not that much of one. Ralph is a little more developed and I guess they preferred Kleber's physicality.

How is that app in current times? I used to utilize that app years ago until one of their advertising banners kept trying to launch a malicious script on my cell phone browser and open up webpages for shady sites. I emailed the app maker about the issue and never received any response or acknowledgement - so I abandoned the app.

Yes, the IIHF is the official stat keeper of the tournament and they adjusted that first goal and credit Gabe with 2+1.

I've never had any issues with it. Has what I need but apparently was off from the IIHF stats where Gabe was really 2+1.

Of the defensemen Ralph, Fischer, Minnetian were all -1. Fortescue was a +3 and he looked pretty steady. Hutson was a +7 with 5 assists and 4 shots on net. Leonard had 9 shots. Perreault had 7. Hagens and Ziemer had 5. The Hagens, Perreault, Leonard line were all +4. Since they scored 4 and all played 19 minutes + that means Germany had no answer for that line when it was on the ice.

Looking at tankathon today they have the Rangers picking 10 which puts guys like Hensler (USA) and Eklund (Sweden) potentially in the conversation. Hensler is an RD though. We have more need of LD but you can't always pick and choose the position of the best player.

Fortescue an LD right? prob one more year at BC after this one, and he'll get a chance in camp for 26 season.
