I may be the only one here who thinks this is awesome. Yes, Bronny may have come out too early but I think he’ll be just fine and be one of the better players in the league in about 3 years.

LeBron got his moment, probably at the expense of his son's career. Most thought he needed way more seasoning before coming out college. I've seen nothing that would indicate he will stick in the league, he will in all likelihood get an untold number of chances though given his last name and father.

He 100% should have stayed in college. He will likely be out of the league sooner than later but I hope that isn't the case. Part of me knows this was a likely stunt but the other part of me wants him to prove everyone wrong

He was only drafted because of his dad. Otherwise he'd be in the G-league right now hoping to make a roster in a couple of years.
You are likely right I just hope for his own sake he can find his own way

I don't actually wish ill on Bronny. Seems like a very nice, hard-working kid. I don't even fault the Lakers for doing what they did, nor for LeBron wanting to play with his kid.

But I'm not gonna shed any tears for either James when the inevitable vitriol comes Bronny's way. His dad is worth eleventy billion dollars and made him an NBA player when he didn't really deserve it. They gotta take the bad with the good, and no matter how bad things get life will still be f***ing amazing for both of them.

Great opening game. Some excitement with the shooting of 3's. I was very glad that the 3's contest and fun was at the expense of the Knicks.

Jaylen, was MVP twice, he is on a Revenge tour because he was snubbed. However, I didn't see any change in his game, you look at his stats. Oh I saw him try to go down the lane against 3 defenders, that is just a stupid Jaylen Brown move. No he didn't show me anything different than his usual game during the previous season. I actually thought he was ball hogging . Later

Great opening game especially against the Knicks but they were without two of their better players.

There absolutely will be nights when the threes won't fall, and they'll lose.

...and criticizing them for taking too many threes will still be nonsensical.
Don't agree. Taking too many 3s doesn't mean taking no 3's. They get into trouble when they get lazy on offense and dribble around for 20s seconds before pulling up for a contested 3 or kicking out for one. It's not like they have a bunch of Sam Hauser's out there. They have two of the best in the league at finishing at the rim, that can also shoot 3s. I don't think it's ridiculous to say on nights the 3 isn't falling to go to the hoop instead of trying to shoot out of it. This team is too good in every aspect of the game to just rely on the 3 and accept that they can't or won't win when the 3 isn't falling
