Harry made some Great trades and O'Connell was a very good defenseman but this is one trade I wished he Hadn't made.

I hated that trade then. I hate that trade now. I will hate that trade in the future.

Al Secord was so much fun to watch in a B's sweater.

Kind of like trading choosing a slab of Tofu over a Tbone. Both will feed you I guess, but one generates a shit ton less excitement when the waiter brings it to the table.

nobody should be cheering for Ullmark or the sens

we want them to suck ass and get a top 10 pick and then suck ass again next year so we can get a top 10 or maybe 5 if we're lucky

I hope they crash and burn miserably and glory be to the Bruins !

There are no more picks coming from the Sens.

did we not get a top ten protected pick from them and have to wait and see where they land this season or did we already trade it away ? I don't follow that closely anymore

We got Korpisalo (25% retained), Kastelic and the Senators 2024 first round pick which we used to pick Letourneau.

Tell us how you really feel Kakko, and how is Laviolette still not fired?

Kakko is one of those guys who I always notice when he plays the B's --- usually because he seems dangerous offensively ---- I know the production isn't there -- but maybe a Frederic/Kakko deal could help both guys/teams?

He seems like a guy who could quickly become a 25-goal guy in a different situation.

Kakko is RFA after this season -- Freddy is UFA, maybe throw in a 4th/5th?

I have seen Kakko play likely 20 times over the years he`s been in the league, most vs the B`s of course, really feels like a kid who you know there`s more in there, but can`t put it all together for long stretches

Now, things are clearly soured in NY and I doubt he plays another game for them, would the Rags do Freddy for Kakko? Maybe, stats are about the same but as you alluded to , maybe Kakko realizes his potential in a different situation.

My biggest issue with him, not much playoff production, again, similar to Freddy

Id, love to take a shot on him. I still remember how dominant he was in the WJ a man among boys. He's a possession/puck control Monster in the offensive zone ala Charlie Coyle. More ice time and PP time, I agree he could develop into a 25- 30 goal scorer.

Im not sure this is aimed at the coach and not the GM, Drury.

I think this team is quitting on their GM.

My 2 cents which is worth about half.

I saw a reel on Instagram yesterday saying that very thing --- I think it was Dangle that said it.

They've gone from President Cup winners to near cellar dwellers this season. Something is rotten in the Big Apple. 🍎

Something always is.

Historically, an organization that cannot get out of its own way.

There are reasons for this.

Will return to the topic later.
