The Bruins have only scored at least 5 goals 5 times this season - against Montreal ( twice ), Colorado, NY Islanders and Vancouver, In case you were wondering Boston has allowed at least 5 goals 11 times this season - against the NY Rangers, Florida, Dallas ( twice ), Carolina, Columbus ( twice ), Winnipeg, Seattle, Toronto and the NY Islanders.

Sweeney should be selling if he was smart but if the Bruins sniff a playoff gate that will not happen.
In other new Tony DeAngelo has come to an agreement to terminate KHL contract for family reasons and return to North America.I fully expect Oilers to come calling.

Columbus beats the Flyers in a shootout, retains their wildcard position. I just want to acknowledge what an amazing season they're having in very difficult circumstances. Lost their best player, haven't had their captain all season, few other injuries to deal with, but they keep finding ways to win games.

Ideally not at the expense of the Bruins, but I would otherwise be very happy to see them make the playoffs. Long way to go, but from what we've seen so far, it would be well deserved.

was reading that thinking math did not work. 6+4+2+4+3 is 19 of 22 games how can he have made it to 6 shots 6 times? Then I realize for 3 of those 1st 19 games there are 2 goals in 1st 5 shots

I assume he'll get the Kyle McLaren treatment, and ride out the next 2+ years of his contact in the AHL. Buyout cap hit is pretty steep.
