The rebuild will take a detour unless some of the guys we are establishing as a core are able to find a way to be healthy over 82 games. What we are seeing and have seen over the last three years is very concerning and can't be chalked up to being called cursed or bad luck.

Ghule is always in and out of the lineup. Now i Know why he signed for so cheap. He knew that 5.5m was for ~60 games/year.

On the Sick Podcast Stu Cowan mentioned that he saw Laine after the game and that he was no longer on crutches. He was walking gingerly but good news is that he now doesn't need the crutches

I agree. The team should be fun to watch with a lot of young players, but most of them have missed a ton of significant time. Not only does it hurt the entertainment value, but it hurts the rebuild by stunting their growth.

Sports are dumb.

i'm getting very tired of not seeing what the rebuild is supposed to give fan: exiting games and hope of better days because of injuries. I have no clue how to fix this, but this is getting stupid.

Are we getting hurt on the road or at home? Is there something with the boards now that the seemless glass is long gone and the last culprit of injuries? Are the trainers just awful and making them do the wrong things? Is it because we have so many smurfs and the bigger players are trying to do more to open up the ice and carry the physical load?
