I don't disagree. I can't stand Montano. But Eric Lacroix is just impossible to listen to for an extended period of time - he just talks in circles and keeps repeating the same points over and over. While he does have great insight, he just can't land the plane when it comes to making a point.

I know exactly what you mean . Of course, he easily has the most hockey knowledge of any of the people being discussed by far, but he can't express it well at all. It's like an old vinyl record with a skip that just keeps repeating. I pretty much can't sit through one of their extended discussions any more, now that he's roughly 50% or more of the one talking, and I'm not a lawyer either.

At least with the 4 of them you got quite a range of viewpoints, discussion, and styles. And time was split more, making any one person's rough spots less predominant.

That was unexpected. He decided that being healthier for the playoffs is worth more than the Art Ross.

He has been playing injured since the East Coast trip. He appeared injured during the Montreal game and has not participated in a practice since.

Good for Nate if he’s gonna sit the last 3 games. Playoffs are far more important than Art Ross trophy. He’ll have more chances of winning the Art Ross in the next few years

I don't think Mack GOSF about the Art Ross or the Hart. If he did, he'd have been pushing for points a lot more lately. I think he wanted Cale to get 30 goals a lot more. He wants to win one trophy only, the Stanley Cup.

I assure you that like anyone that is as competitive as he is, he gives a f*** about these. That's why it's very surprising.
