We know Manson is out until playoffs probably, but hopefully G’s injury is very minor and they’re being cautious with the playoffs around the corner

At this point if I one day wake up to a fully healthy Avs team, I’m just going to assume I died in the night. I don’t know how the doctors and training staff keep their jobs

Compared to the Oilers, the Avs are a picture of health. Injuries happen.

Of course they do and I suspect he would be. Oilers are having an injury problem now. It’s been a long term trend with the Avs that they can’t stay healthy. Teams (at least in other sports) have overhauled their training staff for less

If there are any minor ailments that rest could help, I would imagine Bednar would be all over it. For one it allows for other skaters to stay fresh and be in better game shape and for two it helps us go into playoffs as healthy as possible.
Girard has played a lot of minutes this season and I could see some time off being a very big benefit for him in playoffs.
