Sometimes I say a stupid comments or a a really dumb response with no sources and I already have my both hands up because posters are already throwing jabs, sometimes haymakers and kicks at me but you are not one of them. Nuke aint getting traded that is for sure. Sakic and Cmac already said that Nuke is a core player for this team and that they will forgive him no matter what. They will welcome Nuke back with open arms as I said weeks before Avs said that same thing. We need a special top 6 player like Nuke (well a 1st line winger making 6M a year lol) and if we trade him we will never receive the same return, not even close to what Nuke brings to this team. Hopefully Nuke will be healthy come playoff time because we will need him big time. He can be a game changer type of player.

Nuke does everything for Avs, scores goals, good at forecheck, good passer, good in a d zone, high IQ type of player and knows were to go and can keep up with Avs pace. When was a the last time Avs had a 3rd or 4th line player climb the ranks so high and now is confidently playing on our 1st line or can probably also dominate on the 2nd line. Too bad of the injuries and powder rails but to me I don't think we will ever be able to replace Nukie with another player. Those players are just not available to sign. Nuke is not going anywhere anytime soon.

Since coming over to the Avs, he has averaged 53 games played a season. That just isn't going to cut it.

This team really needs either Landeskog or Nuke in the lineup. And it's obvious, why this team has struggled so much after the cup: neither of them have been available at critical times.

Fingers crossed, we have both. And I guarantee you, even Mittelstadt will become somewhat playable when he has Nuke and Lehky on his wings again.
