Hey guys, is there a summary of all the injured players? Is this about right atm?

1. Gabriel Landeskog
2. Val Nichushkin
3. Miles Wood
4. Oliver Kylington
5. Calvin De Haan

Remember the Price is Right and how someone would just bet $1 if they felt everyone else overbid? Well it’s the opposite here. What ever the projected prognosis for recovery is, people know they can win that washer and dryer by simply guessing one day longer than the Avs medical staff. 😬😅

True, though I think these overly optimistic timelines are Bedsy's doing. Not sure the reason he does it though. I would guess to keep the opposition on their toes, because he over values that at times IMO.

2. Val Nichushkin
3. Miles Wood
4. Oliver Kylington
5. Calvin De Haan

1. Landeskog - Knee - Skating with the team once or twice a week

2. Nichushkin - Lower Body - Setback as per Bednar and not skating, “not close” per the coach

3. Wood - Upper Body - Healthy, skated today in practice on the 4th line and travelling with the team to play on the road trip

4. Kylington - Upper Body - Skating in non-contact jersey, left practice early today

5. Poolman - Head - Will never play again

Calvin de Haan is fine, just a healthy scratch for Middleton-Malinski. He might have a broken brain, though.

One of my all time favorite AVS players (which may shock a few), was Peter Mueller. 36 points in 47 games for us (a plus player). I wish we stuck with him. He didn't do that well at Florida after us, but still had many years left him. Never know mate, Poolman may come good. for us one day.

Poolman has CTE and has gained about 20 pounds since he last played.

He will never even wear an Avs practice jersey.

Think Adam Deadmarsh.

I’m gonna do some pro scouting. Gonna go over to the Oilers board and see which of their posters we should get if we package and send them @missionAvs and @wayninja

If you find someone really good I may be willing to throw in @RoyIsALegend . They could use someone on their farm team.

Eww, at least go somewhere there is likeable people like Carolina, or SJ apparently.

I don't want anything tainted by the Oilstains, and we have a reputation of at least some considerations for the outgoing people to maintain.

Sergei Fedotov (he is Michkov's former agent, a Russian journalist and former scout for the Russian national team, a friend of Nichushkin):
"Nichushkin has had a chronic groin injury since his junior years. When he played in Dallas, it almost came to groin surgery. Now it has worsened, initially the team doctors told him that he needed 7-10 days of rest and everything would be fine, but when he resumed training, the pain did not go away. As a result, he flew to consult the doctor who performed Kane's hip surgery and this doctor, to put it mildly, told him that the team doctors were very wrong and more time was needed for recovery. It is expected that Nichushkin will return immediately after the break for the national team tournament. He also said that there is talk that Landeskog may also return to the team after this tournament."

This is why we can’t trade anyone from the forwards unless it’s for another NHL forward. We need depth in case Val can’t come back soon or come back and stay healthy, same with Landy, and there are always other injuries that will happen.

Wouldnt surprise me at all

When we all discussed moving on from Nuke over the summer, obviously a lot of it was because of the suspensions. But health should have also been high up the list. Since coming back from Russia, he's only topped 60 games 2 out of 7 seasons (62 and 65).
