Our schedule so far has been hilarious.

In 29 games, we've played:

Central: 10 games
Metro: 9
Pacific: 7
Atlantic (our division): 3

There are five Western teams - Colorado, Winnipeg, Nashville, Minnesota, Vancouver - who we've already finished our home-and-home set with, while there's still five Atlantic teams we haven't even faced yet. And we'll still be waiting a while before we face Boston (1/9), Detroit (1/18), and most of all Buffalo, who we don't face for the first time this season until 3/6.
I’m seeing that we’ve played 4 in our division and we’ve LOST all of them. I’m not nitpicking but I was checking our record in the division and came up with the four games. A wacky schedule for sure.

We've played Toronto twice and Ottawa once. When have we faced any of the others?

Toronto has kinda become early 2000s Ottawa for us. Not sure who the better overall team might be but the matchup itself - at least for Vasi - is just a nightmare. Matt Knies has more goals against the Lightning than any other team in his career.

My mistake. The schedule I was looking at didn’t differentiate between preseason and regular season. I was counting the Panthers game in early October.

Kucherov won the Hart and had just signed a sweet long term deal, but it was Edmonton asking for us to add Cirelli to make the deal work? Makes sense for Edmonton, they were the 2nd worst team in the WC that year, but the answer to us not capitalizing on a season where we set the NHL wins record was to jettison our best player? Something smells
This rumour was already out like for 2-3 maybe years back, why everyone is speaking about it again?
Some part of me,wants to push pause button, save the world like it is,than make this trade just to see Kuch with McDavid getting 300 points each in a single season, and then load the save and continue as it is :D

26 year old LHD making 4.5m this year and then a UFA. If we could somehow get Quick as well i wouldnt hate it if the Rangers retain 50%

Tampa, FL.
Yeah, I'd probably pass on Lindgren unless he was dirt cheap. He has been absolutely terrible this season and for part of last season. I don't see him as any major upgrade over Lilleberg at this time, and he's certainly not one I'd pay quality assets to.acquirr. if Tampa is looking for an upgrade on the LD side, maybe go for cheaper depth like Dumolin, or if they want to go for the big get, put together a bigger package for Pettersson from the Pens.
