How do the Panthers get an outdoor game in an even more hot and humid location when the Bolts can't get one at RJ for similar concerns?

Isles are putting Wahlstrom on waivers, wouldnt hate putting a claim on him. still young at 24 years old, bigger body as well and he shoots righty. granted he hasnt had much success the last few years but at 1m for this year and then an RFA, wouldnt hurt to have some bottom 6 help
