Army traded a 4th FOR Texier…I’d like to see him offer our 5th and 6th in ‘25 to get rid of him. A less painful version of the Hayes fiasco…plus it would be kind of cool to see if we can trade all of our picks before the start of the ‘25 draft. They’re down to 1, 5 & 6.
This last two must go.

I'm hoping we can recoup at least a 3rd with Saad. Hopefully, a 2nd.

For a 3rd, 6th and struggling young defender. Yikes, Drury.

It's not a great return, but Borgen isn't a struggling young defender. He is a decent vet who is a couple years older than Kakko. He basically replaces Trouba on right side for Rangers. And he is pending UFA who likely would have returned 3rd or 4th if dealt him at deadline.

I don't know much about Borgen but I'm willing to bet he's got more value than Joseph. Nearly everyone in the league does.

Never been particularly impressed with Kaako but he is serviceable as 3rd line, complimentary winger. Trading him at the nadir of his trade value was probably frustrating for Rangers fans. Talk about a dysfunctional and unprofessional organization at the moment.
