Say they want to tweak some things that people have pointed out like maybe borders on the numbers or adding a white outline to home crest. Is that something that can be done in an offseason or is it like the NFL where every element must be approved and can take years. Just curious if the can make small changes after receiving some feedback.

I like how the white Jerseys are not dark and the Blue Jerseys are not white. That way I can tell which team is which. That is about the extent I care about jersey design. lol but glad you all like them.

We get yellow numbers again and they got rid of the navy blue, so I can't really complain.

The lack of trim on the numbers, especially the yellow makes them look like tape…very cheap. And not a huge fan of the sleeker blue-note either. I’ll give them a B. Intent was noble but the execution a bit lacking.

I said, "glad you all enjoy them". Wasn't stopping them from enjoying them. I just find it funny that a bunch of men's men who watch a violent sport of hockey can suddenly sound like the writer's room for a fashion magazine talking about color theory and the aesthetic design of the trim when you show them a sports jersey.

I love the whites and I like the blues. The lack of a white outline around the blue note on the blue jerseys is a big mistake IMO. That small extra layer of outline that was on the Heritage jerseys really makes the logo stand out better than it does on the new jerseys. I also think that it makes the white striping feel a little less out of place.

I also prefer the shoulders on the white jerseys to the plain blue shoulders of the blue jerseys. Just a bit too much blue and only blue on the chest/shoulders of the blue jerseys IMO.

All that said, I am absolutely thrilled about the return to yellow numbers instead of white on the blue jerseys. And again, I like the blue jerseys, but I think that they are overall a small downgrade from the Heritage jerseys we've worn over the last decade. And again, I love the whites.

One of my pet peeves was the thick yellow collar on the Winter Classic jersey. I'm so glad they made it thinner on the new ones.

I totally understand where you're coming from but those were not Fanatic's decision. These are made by Blues executives (Steve Chapman & Brenda Wilbur) as well as the feedback from the fanbase. I will say that Vancouver, Toronto, Dallas, and Detroit all have jerseys without a border/trim around the numbers, and I never once thought less of their uniforms. I will say that our new logo does look cartoony. I keep thinking it looks like a Simpson's Blues logo. I do however really like the different shade of Blue. I think the royal blue and navy blue were just too basic.

The fleur de lis is here because a strong contingent of French power existed down the Mississippi and propagated up. It was the symbol of the French royalty who “discovered” Louisiana. Then barges and trade happened and here we are.

I think there are only catholic ties due to that being the groups religion, which has propagated to today. The fleur de lis is not often on display or celebrated within catholic services, especially outside of New Orleans and saint louis.

I don’t have a problem with a symbol of royalty flying along with other flags or marks representing our city. High five French dudes. They did a lot to build what we have today. Lots of interesting rumors about why saint Louis has pretty people. Thanks iykyk

My wife traced her family back to Alsase-Lorraine but they are German. Guess it all depended what year/decade decided if it was German or French. They fought over the wine
