If the rumors are true, we could see a new logo and/or jersey at this year's draft, which takes place in only 20 days. The video mentions brightening the cream white on the prior winter classic jersey to a more modern white. I do wonder if the team will continue favoring the darker navy blue or lean towards the lighter LA Chargers blue and yellow combo.

Totally fine with this to be honest. The powder blue I like a lot, and I've always wanted them to lessen the amount of navy blue unless it's like a 3rd jersey arch logo throwback.

I really dislike that old Arch jersey. If it's not the Blue Note then it has no place on our jersey and they were far to dark for my taste.

I'm glad to hear they're going with the retro blue. I was pretty disappointed when Icethetics told us that it's likely to be the current colors or a navy jersey. Love the uniqueness of the retro blue.

I'd love to see a cream instead of white jersey, but as long as we get the retro blue, I'm fine with it.

The arch logo was also done during Checketts’ ownership and I’m pretty sure Stillman isn’t a fan of him so I doubt they’d ever go back to that.

I don’t like it anyway though but oddly, it’s my wife’s favorite.

Yeah, Snuggy will still be a rookie next season. 3rd might be pushing it but we’ll see. I see him finishing higher than 8th though.

I heard that about the Arch logo as well. I like the dark jersey and white number aesthetic of that jersey, just didn't like that goofy circle in the middle. I always wanted to see that color scheme with a white/cream note in the front instead of the off-centered circle.

I'm happy with a change to the powder blues full-time. From the Winter Classics to the cup run, those jerseys have a ton of good memories associated with them.

He's eligible for those 35+ bonuses on a 1-yr contract. If he wants to go to a contender, then he should be fine with a lower base and a bunch of easy bonuses. Like the Suter contract we did, just higher $$ across the board.

The first 2 Cup games were good. The pacing has been horrible though.

I’ll always root for more hockey (so rooting for a 7 game series) but I’m also ready for the draft, signings, trades etc.

Sure, being the captain of 3 Cup winning teams, and being one of the best defensively responsible centers of his era definitely help, but the reaction would be incredible.
