Of course it's the Sabres who are the first team in hockey history to score in a period where they did not record a single shot on goal.

I can't imagine it happened before that. It’s the first since they’ve been keeping track, which is the mid 60s.
I can't think of a more worthy organization in NHL history to hold this distinction.Of course it's the Sabres who are the first team in hockey history to score in a period where they did not record a single shot on goal.
PITTSBURGH — Evgeni Malkin’s Stanley Cup rings are no longer missing.
Malkin’s rings, missing since his home was targeted by burglars last Saturday, were found elsewhere in the house, Allegehy County Police said Thursday.
The black market doesn't really care though. Art, and jewelry are things that have beauty, and value, more in the individual's eye viewing them than any intrinsic value.Thieves knew what they were doing, you can't steal those rings because each one is individualised to the player including his number. If they tried to sell it, others would have known it was stolen.
Yea and the Oilers are open to trading Nurse
Wonder how a Nurse/Jones swap would work out. Maybe a change of scenery could be good for one of them lol.
Nah, stuff like that would usually just be disassembled. It still has gold and gemstones in it that would make it quite valuable to thieves. Most likely, somebody would buy them, rip them apart, then sell them piece by piece. One diamond looks like every other one, nobody would know where it came from. If the thieves had ethical considerations about destroying something priceless like that, they would probably hesitate to burglarize the house at all.Thieves knew what they were doing, you can't steal those rings because each one is individualised to the player including his number.
