Yeah, I watched. He was very dangerous off the rush. Forget which D it was he absolutely burned with a hesitation move and then exploded around him wide. Sent a pass across the crease that somebody couldn’t convert on.

Found his quick passing on the PP kind of weird, would’ve liked to see him rip a one timer on net.

Also stands around defensively and leaving the zone early(like he did for his goal) but that’s to be expected from a Russian rookie.

He plays with lots of confidence, believes he’s the best player on the ice and wants to make shit happen. Very impressive.
Connor Murphy.

I am personally going for CBJ to make the postseason. They deserve it much more than Habs, considering what they've been through as an organisation. Habs are a pretty awful team though, all their underlying numbers are way worse than Columbus'. Both are heavy home teams, but the Habs crowd is pretty much willing them to the playoffs by themselves, not the talent on the ice.

Oh man, can you picture a TNT panel with Liam Hugh, Anson Carter, Henrik Lundqvist on one side, and on the other side Wayne Gretzky, Bissonnette, and Marchand? Lol.

Please let it be playoff games. Please let it be playoff games. Please let it be playoff games.

NHL is moving away from big-time physicality, but players like Ben Chiarot would light him up on this goal. The next newcomer in the line of tough SOB defencemen? Emil Martinsen Lilleberg.
It's not even about getting blown up with a big hit. Defensemen will close in on him and check his stick long before he can do the spin-o-rama thing in the NHL. Time and space is just at too much of a premium these days, decisions and moves have to be made quickly because the puck carrier is almost always under constant pressure.

That said, I'm totally on board with McKenna being the Next Big Thing. The guy looks too good for the CHL already.

That'll be an interesting article.

Just kinda want to touch on this...

Hey Calvin, you think it's "f***ed" how you've been treated?? To ME, that's what's f***ed... the fact that you don't seem to realize that after Game #3 of the start of the regular season, the Avs should have sent your shitty ass down to the AHL to ride the bus the rest of the year. You don't seem to realize that...

YOU
f***ING
SUCK

Yet here are TWO NHL organizations that allowed you to earn an $800k paycheck throughout this season even though you are clearly no better than half of the scrubs playing in the AHL. Do you appreciate any of it? No.

I hope you saved your money cuz I don't think you're getting close to that ever again. f***in' schmuck.

de Haan released a "statement" on X, which was really just a reply.

I don't like how he implies Walker did something wrong. Dude, if you're leading with something that inflammatory, don't be surprised when it goes viral. If you wanted to wait until the scrum, then shut your damn mouth and wait for the scrum.

I think his gripe with the Rangers is legit though. Dude is fighting for his NHL career, he knows he's not an everyday player, he simply said in the three games he played the team went 2-0-1, and at the time were still fighting for a playoff spot. Then he got sent to the press box without any real explanation and has languished there since.

Mind you, I didn't like his play in Colorado, but I don't think the guys the Rangers were playing ahead of him were noticeably better, and I'm not really aware of any youth movement in New York.

I'm crying laughing about the circulating articles about how the Leafs can learn from Rory winning in golf
Is it any worse than this article, that makes the case that the reason why the Jets bombed out from the playoffs before was because the start times didn't suit them?

Think about the fact that the Habs could've had both Michkov and Demidov (unless there is something to the story of Michkov really wanting the Flyers but why lol). And I'm not trying to reign in on Reinbacher here, but he was a bit of an out of board pick anyway, and was severly injured this season so how is that going to go...

It's going to f***ing suck ass to be at HFBoards in a few years when the Habs are good let me tell you that.

I somehow avoid Habes fans on HF, on Twitter, and in real life. I consider that a miracle
