2024 2025 Around the League Part 2

Nice. Really nice bit of news, thanks!!

First time they really, truly confirm he will NOT play Game 1.
That they're not willing to confirm he won't play any round 1 game is not surprising.

I can see a scenario where if we go to Dallas win game 1, they’ll rush Heiskanen back for the 2nd game, but if Dallas wins the 1st game, they’ll keep him out little more. Something like that

Kuzy getting his contact terminated in the KHL. If he partied too hard for the KHL, I'd be very impressed.

Nuke probably taking notes

Blues-Oilers has been a good game so far.

McDavid looks rusty as f***, just took a penalty too.

Blues playing their suffocating, trap style. There’s just no chance to generate speed with the way they clog the neutral zone and get so many sticks and bodies on you. They have really bought in to Monty’s style.

STL up 1-0 in the first period.

I like the way playoffs are shaping up in west. Vegas facing the Blues instead of the Wild. Blues should give Vegas a good fight. It won’t be as easy for them as if they played the Wild. Jets vs Wild probably the most boring series

That’s still not close to certainty.

For the time being, Minnesota is ahead of Edmonton holds on. And they’ll have a game in hand on St Louis.
Heck, even Calgary still has an outside shot if they win and St Louis loses.

Oh damn, that’s right. For some reason I thought the Blues were comfortably ahead of the Wild by few points but Wild actually jumped ahead for now. If I’m the Blues, I rather play the Jets than Vegas.

Flames not making the playoffs when they’re losing to Ducks. I think west is set, it’s just the positioning between the Blues and the Wild
