How much of a p***y do you have to be to just stand there and let him call you that a bunch of times?
He would have probably squashed his beef with JTM by just clocking him in the mouth one time. Instead, he doubles down on the soft ass p***y accusations by needing teammates to step in for him.

If this was to happen in a normal workplace, it would be an investigation. Even in a military setting.

Do something about it.
JTM and Petty would be tossed in a pit together to work it out.
The second incident with JT would result in wall to wall counciling.

I don't know where you work, but in a normal work place you probably go up to your boss/HR, instead of handling it yourself.

JTM is the biggest problem here (and a huge asshole if this is true) but I can see why Petey might still end up shipped out as well just to try to fix that locker room. Might not have blown up the way it did if he stood up for himself. Not suggesting he needed to fight but the Sedins would’ve pushed back in a way that made it clear this guy is the asshole and the problem, which is what you’d at least like to see from Petey

One might also say that a military is not a normal working place. A recent example comes from Russia, where hazing and bullying caused a conscript to murder 8 fellow conscripts and two commanding officers who participated in hazing. This is what hazing and bullying can do. I'm sure you've seen Full Metal Jacket?
I'm sorry, but your attitude towards bullying is disgusting. "handle it yourself". I pray to God your kid will never endure bullying, and receive that type of advice. Obviously, standing up for yourself is a good thing. But that should not be the expectation. The expectation, should be to remove the bully.

Speaking of crybabies, how about the Blackhawks and Bedard? Blackhawks with a quicker and more emphatic response to Biz than to assault.
I thought Biz's analysis was pretty spot on. Wasn't doing his annoying podcast frat boy bit, he provided some actual analysis backed up by video. They probably know it's true too, which is why they immediately went the attack the messenger and his career route rather than what he actually said. Maybe I'm getting to the get off my lawn point but I didn't think Bedard came off all that great either when asked about it.

That incident occurred outside of work although I would imagine the players’ contracts have good conduct clauses, at least in JTM’s case. I would have laid down the law with him the first time. Don’t bring that shit here. If JTM continued then I would go to management and give them an ultimatum. If it still continued then I’d smack JTM upside the head as many times as needed without hesitation.

This is actually a problem with zeroing out hazing as well. The leaders become leaders without learning how to see the line of reasonable vs unreasonable. So they go overboard.
It's a very fine line. You need to be able to recognize when a guy has had enough, and can't hack it, or is in the wrong environment.
Sports, Military, etc it isn't the office. It's one thing I struggle with working in a office lol. Something as simple as not just blurting out what the f*** is wrong with you when I see stupidity is difficult.

Haven't seen this get enough attention, hilarious and tacky from the Blackhawks. Jabbing back at Biz and his career over his comments... I hope people continue to make fun of the Blackhawks and they keep throwing fits.
Like when everyone made fun of them for the Rantanen-Necas trade, that is more funny now.
I'm just going to show my kids this movie lol. This is one of the best ways I've seen it put.
