I've watched several sports on ESPN over the years, and I had never heard of her before they got hockey back.

According to her bio, she worked for Sports Illustrated before joining ESPN in 2017, and she was on "Around The Horn" a lot. I don't watch that show, or any other of the garbage on ESPN that's not live sports, so that would be why I had never seen her before. She also went to school at Penn State, which could explain why she's so socially awkward.
