Varsho should be fine. His strikeout and walk numbers are good relative to his career norms and he's hitting a ton of line drives. He's gotten BABIP'd a bit and he's made a little less hard contact than is normal for him but when you look at his plate discipline #s he's not swinging excessively or missing the ball more than normal. He's not doing well right now but there's not much in his profile that screams "we should be really worried that this is his new normal."
Peak Varsho isn't going to be an elite hitter, but there doesn't seem like there's much reason he can't hit .230-.240, OBP over .300, crush 15-20 HRs and play great defence in the outfield.
Maybe we don't get the 4.7 fWAR 2022 version, but the one from 2021 that put up a 3.5 fWAR/500 PA pace (2.2 actual fWAR in 95 played games and 315 PAs)
