Rounds 2-4 guys aren't "blue chip" starters. They're usually adequate starters and some have high ceilings. But "blue chip" guys go high in round 1.

Yeah, probably just using the term "Blue chip" wrong here. I'm thinking solid starters. There are plenty of positions where very solid starters normally come from later rounds. OL is one of them.

Solid starters, I completely and totally agree with. Beane whiffing on a few 2nd rounders hasn't helped us lately.
