HF Habs: 2023 Schedule & Standings Thread part 3: Race for Bedard

I’m happy to finish 5th overall. I’m not greedy and I do not expect any other team to surpass us.

Arizona/Philadelphia scares me. It’s a miracle that we are not above them. If we can keep them off it’s a win in my book since not even 2 weeks ago I was expecting us to finish 6th.

Yeah lots of people were thinking we were headed for 9th and claiming our tough schedule was meaningless. Now we're looking like a good bet for 5th or 6th.

I think we can go 4-8 or even 5-7 the rest of the way and lock in 5th spot. Philly should be good enough for 4-9 down the stretch to tie us in points as they have the RW tiebreaker.

no it does not, they would have to be at 11th place at best for a chance at 1st overall, they wont drop back to 11th place

Three or four slots in the standings. Not likely, but absolutely possible.
