The only way that makes sense is if another team was willing to sign him for less once he cleared waivers, but he's already on min-salary anyway....

I hope they lose 2-0 vs the Steelers. No team has done it before in the history of the NFL, but this team has the potential to be the first.

He was behind the worst starting QB in the NFL Zappe would have been crazy to join another team.

Not sure he finds work as a #2 but he’ll be suiting up as emergency QB somewhere next year.

Regressed in practice or we’d have seen him sooner. Small weak arm and not a great athlete. Still better than Mac.

Chiefs own tiebreaker against Jax and Mia but as of now they are 4th in the conference. For the love of god let them have to play a road playoff game.
I don’t see much of a shelf life for any of these AFC teams.

More worried about us screwing up the next coaching hire than the draft. The first few picks might be obvious BPAs which anyone would take.

I commend him for wanting to learn behind Bill,

I'm going to bet on Bill getting this kid to perform well. Pats stock is so low now, I think it will change

im keeping all receipts !
Keep whatever you want. You do realize I’m speaking factually, no? He was signed here (after he’d been cut) to the practice squad. So presumably had any other team offered him a roster spot and the more money that goes with it, he’d have jumped at it.Since he came back here as a practice squad player, you have to know that was all he’d been offered elsewhere.

It’s going to end great. Zappe is even more ineffective than Jones, so they’ll lose even easier, and Bill will get fired. And we all lived happily ever after…

i doubt it. only mac is capable of that crap show vs teams like the saints we saw
