I'm honestly starting to wonder if we're scouting North America at all.

I mean, that's a market inefficiency of the league - the way that they fixate on North American skaters - and we've benefitted from going off-continent in the past (viz., Vejmelka, Moser). But man, I see more than a few names that may never escape the prospect list coming out of our drafts...
