I wouldn't be surprised to see at least one more UFA forward added, but with what we have now:

The PLD trade brought in some much needed depth.

That's a bit optimistic, If 1 of the 3 can be kept happy on a good contract it'll be a smashing success. But no way all 3 are gonna stay.

A stong 3rd line and our 3rd line from last year becomes our 4th line this year.
Only problem I can see is if we have an injury to our top 6 forwards but I guess most teams are in that boat.

I think you eventually split them but I think you use Iafallo as a defensive vet presence to make life easier on Perfetti as he adjusts to the center position. I'd move Conner down once Cole is comfortable.

I wonder if the stick Scheifele and Valardi together. He is so good defensively, might help Scheif out a lot

I'm sure we will see a number of different top 6 combos. Bones brought the blender out quite a bit last year.

Chevy isn't trading Scheif unless the return is crazy.
He mentioned what a big hole it would open in the lineup.
They aren't sure if they have a 2C, ain't no way they are trading their 1C.
Perfetti and Iafallo with Scheif would be interesting to see.

It's going to be interesting at TC this year with the youngsters.
I honestly thought Lambert was the best rookie in TC.

Giving Kupari an initial bump to see if he can take advantage of the opportunity. Would like to move Namestnikov up the line-up at some point.

We actually have four good lines we can roll out. It’s crazy how many players we can actually move up and down the line-up. This will be a fun season for line-up suggestions.
