im intrigued by Kalle Vaisanen. Wish he played in juniors in North America. His stats not impressive but had a good 1st period today so far.

Vaisenen needs to get to north america, big kids like him need that north american training

Vaisanen has a great frame, skates well, and has some pretty good skill. The production hasn't been great, but simply taking a regular shift in Liiga with a good club like TPS at age 18/19 is an accomplishment. He has been good at the U20 level this season, as well. Chmelar has gotten the attention with a good start to his NCAA career, but I think Vaisanen is right there with him.

That goal and the trade were 4.5 years apart. Brassard wasn't a little bit good at the World's that year, he was insanely good. Off the charts good. For every Mika Zibanejad there are 10 Matt Halischuks.
