Tough break. Great goal from Texier to win it yesterday though. Is Leclerc hurt as well or is he just a healthy scratch?

Probably the weakest and most inexperienced French team of the last 10 years

All the core players who made the team last years are unavailable or retired for these world championships

Nice opposition against Finland but some points stupidly lost the first 3 games (Texier's expulsion, the defeat against Hungary)

On the whole the young players are present - Will it be enough ?

He havent played the whole season of 22-23. Yet not listed as retired but you can guess he is.

He has been commentating the NHL playoffs on TVA Sport. He is retired, I think. But would have loved to have seen him outthere for sure.
