You make the change for both reasons. Talbot is burned out. There is a reason you don't see age 36 goalies playing 50+ games in a season.

Man, on the 3rd Oilers goal as soon as Talbot moved off his left post, McDavid wasn't gonna be denied. Talbot is fighting pucks in close, plus the fatigue, his reaction time is too slow.
