Getting closer to Edmonton again in round 1. Not sure how I feel about that, especially with all the clowns they've added.

Four score and seven years ago…
Smashed his stick into the glass and broke it. got tossed for it.
When he slammed his stick on the glass and broke the glass back in 2007 or 2008 I believe.
old friend Rob Blake was on the SJ sharks for this game

Dubious with the MVP performance. Rough up the rookie!

The good news is Faber is young enough that he might be able to bounce back & salvage his career after getting absolutely savaged tonight, but more ice time than Doughty!!!!

Seriously, Faber will probably be a decent defenseman in a couple of years when he learns how to cope with being small & soft.

Fiala is a legit top line player for a guy that's barley an NHL defender. Some advice for those drooling all over Faber, don't get suckered by stat padding & East Coast media that's always eager to rip on the King's. Y'all should know better.

Best part about playing Minnesota is not having to hear about Faber for two weeks.

curiosity about PLDs 16 PIMs brought me here now I’m more confused then ever.

He checked someone and refused to fight? He hit their Calder candidate when it was 6-0 and a ref held PLD arms back while the wild had free shots at him? Sounds kinda like the WHL from the 70s

He had been going at it with Hartman all period. Hartman pulls him into a fight and the refs jump in right away. A fight never properly develops. The refs let PLD kinda float out there while they try to separate other players and he goes over and bumps Faber, so it all starts back up again and he gets tossed.
