This change says a lot about what the league thinks of LA's physicality and toughness. "Lets play a softer guy, its the Kings."

Maybe that's the rationale - I don't know - but I think it's probably more about giving Kaiser some NHL games down the stretch to see how he does against a good forechecking team. Tinordi is not in the long range rebuild plans (no doubt) but Kaiser may be one of the guys in those long range rebuild plans.
