Yeah - he was lights out when he joined the team last year. I think injury slowed him down a bit this year, but he is still solid.

In a lot of games he will literally not hit the zone with speed for the entire 60 minutes though

if you have issues with his play to this extent, you're doing nothing but breaking him by benching him after 1 shift. trade him or bury him. no half-measures.
