Not expecting much honestly. This team is hit with the injury bug, 3 key players out just hoping for points. Back end of a back to back just be competitive I guess.
Kempe leads the team in scoring with 51pts.I’m sorry to say but Kempe was not moving the needle one way or another. He’s been invisible and a non factor pretty much the whole season. Only reason he’s producing is because he’s on the first line. At no point did I watch Kempe this year and thought individually he was getting shit done. In the pre season he was on fire until he got injured and hasn’t been the same since.
I don’t see any reason why Kaliyev, a sniper, can’t take his spot and at worse produce a little worse than him.

no clark.. and to put turcotte with those two scrubs is an insult to all 5OA draftees

Team is struggling to score and you scratch a kid that will blow your mind if you let him. The pairs are scrambled eggs regardless ..and Moverare is not much of a defensive improvement over Clarke. Can already see “we need more from Turcotte” when he plays 6 minutes repeatedly feeding Lewis who never met a crest he didn’t like and JAD who is going for the hard-around from The slot
Shite!Took a spill with the goalie pulled and immediately went to the lockerroom and it looked like he was holding his wrist.
Kempe has been waaaaaaaaay more impactful than Fiala, who you are always quick to defend on here.
For a team that lacks high-end offensive talent, losing a player who averaged 38 goals the last two seasons and was leading the team in scoring this season is indeed a big loss.
jaret anderson-dolan-lewisTurcotte is gonna have a hard night with the Lewis twins on his line
Some real slippery ice up there in CalgaryTalbot just took himself out with no one around lol
