I don’t really like to give benefit of the doubt when a ref messes up, but if someone thinks it’s an easy job they are totally crazy. The players get to mess up 100 times a game, they get to go to the bench when they’re tired. Ref don’t get to do either. It’s hard. I’m probably in better shape now than at any point since I was a teenager

Trust me, I get it. I've subbed reffed my beer league and even that slow ass game is tough. It's not that I can't keep up physically I just suck at reffing. Even though you're right there it's easy to doubt yourself.
