Turcotte as the 4C saves about 700k on Lizotte and provides more upside. Lizotte to a contender for a pick should be something the Kings should be looking at. There is no reason for Turcotte to play in the AHL again, he can be a nice asset for the Kings as a 4C and he deserves to be collecting an NHL salary. 100+ games is plenty at that level, he’s not gaining anything else.
