They’re reminding me of the Kings team I forgot which year that was near the top of the league and died near New Year. I forgot which year it was.

Said that before, this is not a personnel issue. It's a coaching and deployment issue.

Imagine not letting Byfield touch the ice in OT/SO and letting whatever maggots are reanimating Kopitar's corpse start even though they occasionally forget and let him crumple to the ice untouched several times a game

This is beyond backbreaking. There are no words. I actually think it is time to Fire Blake and Todd. I was very critical of them up until now, but we are in absolute free fall with literally no positives and hope is dashed. I hate things being this negative, but there are not a lot of straws left to grasp at. This is the Terry Murray/Darryl Sutter moment. This team got lost in their vibes and need a firm kick in the ass, and an immediate injection of toughness, goaltending, the hockey gods know what else at this point....

This is 100% accurate. Todd keeps making the same old tired decisions. Haven't the last couple of OT losses taught you anything? Maybe use your fastest guys together? Why in the hell is Byfield and Kempe not getting a shift together? You put those guys together with Spence and I guarantee they have more of a chance to score 3v3.

I wasn't a big fan of all the celebrating earlier in the season - I think it's bad form. I've never seen Stanley Cup competing teams do this. Those wins mean nothing until you are in the playoffs. S-O-F-T like Charmin. That is a nod to you, Johnny Utah.

Kaliyev should be sent down for that complete brain fart on goal 1, Grundstrom and PLD should be benched for the next game.

Can’t continue to allow this to continue without enforcing some consequences

Wasn’t that when the top line of Demitra with Conroy and Frolov was tearing up the league? Then 2/3 of them got injured at the Olympics and it was all over for them.

Holy f*** didn't we all just see that coming? The one positive I can think of is that this is one more losing game to getting a new coach...
