The Kings haven't gotten the memo the rest of the league has. You can't get your stick up into the hands. It doesn't matter if it's a casual tap. They're going to call that every single time. It's prime focus for calls this year for refs. The stick penalties by the Kings is getting ridiculous. They need to do better on that.

Also you can't do that at MSG. They will call the ticky-tac infractions all the time there. As a Caps fan I have seen it too many times over the years.
