No I have always wanted Byfield to prove me wrong and be successful as a King, but as of today he still hasn't lived up to his draft position. Hopefully he starts scoring as well as putting up assists as a winger.


Stutzle can put the puck in the net unlike Byfield in their careers so far.

Yeah it’d be nice if Byfield started sooner in his career but be thankful he’s showing the finesse that we were expecting late or not. If he puts the goal scoring down too then he’s looking great. He’s doing really good right now in his general body of play.

Kings are lucky the rest of the lineup is playing so well that it gives PLD and the rest of that line time to figure things out.

They didn’t. Vilardi could have been tried at center again or byfield. You keep trying to spin that narrative but it ain’t gonna work buddy

I agree there's questions/concerns about the player, but his presence has helped balance out the entire lineup. And he's 25.
