The Walleye make the first move to the Conference Finals, sweeping their Central Division opponent the Nailers. The rest of the Division Finals proceedings have been updated through Friday night's action right about HERE.

Besides Toledo (#2 team overall in the regular season) sweeping Wheeling, the status of the other division finals series (best of 7 games) through the Friday, May 10th games are:

*Kansas City (top overall seed) leads Idaho (#3 overall seed) 3-1

*Florida (2-time defending Kelly Cup champions) leads Orlando 3-1

*Adirondack (#1 division seed) and Norfolk (#2 division seed) are tied 2-2; the road team has won each of the first 4 games

Game 5 in all three series will be played on Saturday, May 11th.

The Battle of Floridians was won by Florida, leaving only the North Division Finals undecided heading to Game 6 on Tuesday night in Upstate New York. Updates to the Round 2 results & game stories are in the usual HERE.

KC defeats Toledo 3-2. Florida downs Adirondack 2-1. Game 1's in the books.

ETA: The Kansas City victory on Friday night in Toledo snapped a 22-game winning streak for the Walleye. It hadda end sometime.🛑
