Those AHL salaries are getting out of hand. I remember for 325K/year you could get a league all-star. Now it gets you a 20-point undrafted winger who spent most of his career in ECHL.

Really laying out the big AHL contracts .. lets hope the pro scouting is up to point and they are putting together a winner
The plan really must be to make Belleville a hotbed of Senator fandom. Turn some leaf fans into Sens fans. Get them to drive to Ottawa to watch some games.
I think the plan is to invest in Belleville so that our prospects will have mentorship and can properly develop. Same theory as in Ottawa.
Poor Wylie will never get a chance now to play for the Coyotes.
