There's definitely a musical chairs aspect to this. Once you run out of teams with needs, nobody will meet your price.Carson Soucy returned a 3rd from the Rangers.
Soucy has the same cap hit and term as Ferraro (plus an NTC), is four years older, and is a broadly similar player with about as much experience (I don't know whether Soucy is actually better or worse than Ferraro, to be frank).
Seems either promising, or perhaps we've just lost a potential suitor.
The numbers are actually higher than I expectedthats definitely a hockey card
To paraphrase Nigel Tufnel, it’s like, how much more zero could this be? And the answer is none. None more zero. The numbers are actually higher than I expected
His value is likely never going to be higher, and I don't think he stays beyond next season anyway.Don’t understand Walman being on the block. He’s under contract next year.
Pump and dump. Trade him now before everyone figures out the first 20 games was a total aberration.Don’t understand Walman being on the block. He’s under contract next year.
You only do it if you have belief that another defenseman will be available to you that is better or to make room for a developing defenseman for next season. It's a good bet to make when it comes to either guys because while both bring something of worth to a team, they are still limited than most legitimate top four defensemen in this league and the Sharks need to upgrade the position on them to have a real chance at competing.Don’t understand Walman being on the block. He’s under contract next year.
I mean, he was dumped with a 2nd barely eight months ago. Getting anything with positive value for him is a tremendous return on investment.I’m expecting to be underwhelmed by the return for walman. Hope I am wrong!
celebrini used to play DOh wow didn’t expect us to get rid of Walman. I really like the guy, actually. Who is moving the puck for us?
